On October 1, 2025, a study visit of students from “Alecu Russo” State University of Bălți was organized at the company MollTex Group SRL. The visit took place as part of the Lessons Learnt Workshop activity within the project.
The event was organized by the Bălți Chamber of Commerce and Industry in collaboration with “Alecu Russo” State University of Bălți.
During the visit, more than 20 first- and second-year students from the economic specialties had the opportunity to become familiar with the main processes and activities within a modern enterprise in the textile industry, such as:
- production and supply processes,
- marketing and logistics activities,
- quality control and workplace safety,
- internal audit and quality management processes.
This practical experience provided the young participants with a concrete understanding of how a competitive private sector company operates, contributing to the strengthening of connections between the academic environment and the business sector.
