On 10 November 2025, Alecu Russo Bălți State University (USARB) organized the second Exploitation Workshop, dedicated to developing STEAM competencies and promoting sustainability within the academic and entrepreneurial environment.
The event was opened by Assoc. Prof., Dr. Habil. Nelli Amarfii-Railean, the institutional coordinator of the project. The first session, delivered by Tekwill representatives Ana Breanu and Viorica Apostol, presented the project’s progress and emphasized the role of transversal skills in professional development.
In the second part of the workshop, Dorina Colesnic (Ateliere Fără Frontiere) moderated discussions on the importance of STEAM competencies for modern companies and their connection to sustainability values and Industry 4.0.
The event concluded with a session of reflections and evaluation, highlighting the need to strengthen cooperation between the university and the business sector in order to support the training of young people in line with current labor market requirements.
