At Alecu Russo Balti State University, a seminar dedicated to students was held on October 31 – November 1, 2024, where experts from Romania, Poland, and Moldova discussed modern strategies for developing sustainable businesses within the Business 4.0 framework. Topics covered included sustainable entrepreneurship, innovation in circular business models, human resources strategies, and risk management and KPI planning for sustainable businesses.
The speakers included Prof. Dr. Grigore PIROSCA (ASE), Dr. Aleksandra MAKOWSKA (Technical University of Lodz), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Angela SOLCAN (ASEM), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tatiana BULIMAGA (USM), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Irina TODOS (USCH), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aurelia LITVIN (TUM), and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Alina SUSLENCO (USARB). Students participated in interactive sessions and networking activities, gaining valuable insights for a career in innovative and sustainable business.
