On September 29, 2023, the 3rd workshop on ²STEAM Fields and SOCIAL Challenges² took place, organised by the Faculty of Real, Economic and Environmental Sciences of the ²Alecu Russo² State University in Bălti. The activity was organized on the premises of NORTEK Center Bălți, and the participants, teachers, students and entrepreneurs had the opportunity to learn and develop STEAM skills (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) in a collaborative and innovative environment.
The workshop provided the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and share knowledge and ideas with peers and industry experts:
- 6 local companies from the energy sector, NGOs, mass media, agriculture and production activity;
- 12 teachers from the Department of Economic Sciences;
- 24 students from the ² Business & Administration² degree program, as well as from other specialisations such as Finance and Banking, Accounting, Engineering and Management.
Participants were encouraged to develop hands-on projects that integrate STEAM skills in an innovative and relevant way for their field of study.
