The second workshop: STEAM Fields and Environmental Challenges, took place from May 25th to 26th, 2023 at Alecu Russo Balti State University. The activity was organized at the NORTEK Center, gathering more than 50 participants such as teachers, students, and entrepreneurs who had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the challenges of sustainable development, soil protection, environmental conservation, and circular economy in a collaborative and innovative environment.
The workshop was a wonderful opportunity to collaborate in an interdisciplinary environment and share knowledge and ideas with colleagues and industry experts. The results of the workshop demonstrated that STEAM competencies are essential for confidently and innovatively addressing environmental challenges. By integrating knowledge and skills in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics, we can develop sustainable solutions and promote the sustainable development of the environment.
Distinguished speakers from various fields participated in the workshop, including successful business people and professors from partner universities to identify STEAM competencies that can contribute to solving environmental problems and promoting sustainable development.
