SECOND FOLLOW-UP SESSION within the SKILLS4FUTURE Project

On May 28, 2024, the second follow-up session of the SKILLS4FUTURE project was held at the STEAM Lab, a technology transfer and innovation laboratory established at Alecu Russo Balti State University. This session provided students, professors, and invited entrepreneurs an opportunity to engage in dialogue about the challenges facing the business environment and how students and professors can contribute to addressing these issues.

During the session, Pavel Curcovici, Regional Director of Tekwill, presented opportunities for business financing through digitalization programs. Corina Negara, Director of the Nortek Center, discussed the center’s projects and the planned collaboration between Nortek, USARB students, and the business community to tackle economic, social, and environmental challenges.

Alecu Russo Balti State University remains committed to active participation in this project, sharing the accumulated knowledge and experience with the wider academic community and industrial partners. This commitment underscores the university’s confidence in significantly contributing to the development of students’ STEAM skills and preparing them to meet the complex challenges of the current era.
