Follow-up Workshop on Bachelor Curricula Improvement – STEAM and Business & Administration

On March 6, 2025, the “E6.1 Follow-up Workshop – Piloting Phase” took place at the Alecu Russo State University of Bălți. The event aimed to analyze activities and extract improvement recommendations for Bachelor curricula in Business & Administration, focusing on the integration of STEAM skills and sustainable development.

A key component of the workshop was the interactive session with local entrepreneurs, including representatives from DRAEXMAIER AUTOMOTIVE MOLDOVA SRL, SRL VIP-MOTORS, BEERMASTER GROUP SRL, and WELLNESS ERA SRL. These discussions provided valuable insights into aligning academic programs with industry needs and strengthening collaboration between universities and businesses.

The participants engaged in knowledge transfer sessions to explore the introduction of innovative elements in existing bachelor curricula. Good practices were shared to enhance STEAM education, ensuring it contributes to local sustainable development. The event concluded with a synthesis of key findings, along with recommendations for future improvements.

The follow-up workshop reinforced the commitment of USARB and its partners to modernizing educational programs, equipping students with essential skills, and fostering university-industry partnerships for a stronger academic and economic future.
