On March 4, 2024, within the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the State University of Moldova, the first Orientation Session – 1st Outreach Sessions took place. The event was carried out within the Erasmus+ Project “Skills4Future” – “Developing and improving the STEAM skills of students and teachers for curriculum innovation and sustainable development of higher education institutions and local businesses”.
The first part of the Outreach Session was dedicated to describing the activities carried out within the Skills4future project, as well as the progress made in the project. In this chapter, the speakers were the teaching staff of the Business Administration department, members of the project group:
– Marian Jalencu, associate professor, PhD, institutional leader of the Skills4Future project, with the presentation “The evolution in the implementation of the Erasmus+ Skills4Future Project”;
– Galina Lisa, lect. univ., Ph.D., entrepreneur, with the presentation “Integration of Knowledge Management and Information Systems for Sustainable Business Development”.
The representatives of “Planet Group International” Natalia Bobu, Senior Consultant and Victor Cociug, Project/Support Team Lead, were invited speakers at the event. The representatives of the local business environment addressed, in particular, topics related to business digitalization and project management in the IT field, etc.:
– Natalia Bobu, Senior Consultant, “Planet Group International” LTD – “PGI company presentation, digitalization and document management in bank and energy sector”;
– Victor Cociug, Project/Support Team Lead, “Planet Group International” LTD – “Project Management for IT in bank sector, comparison of Waterfall, CPM, Agile methodologies”.
Students, scientific and teaching staff and representatives of the business environment are invited to the event.
1ST OUTREACH SESSIONS was organized within the “STEAM Skills and Innovation Center” of the State University of Moldova.
