As part of the Skills4future Project, the third Outreach session was organized on November 15, 2024 at Alecu Russo Balti State University
The event brought together representatives from the business environment (Poșta Moldovei, Microcredit, Consulting enterprises), academic staff, and students from the Business and Administration study program.
The event was opened by Dr. hab. Maria OLEINIUC, Associate Professor, and Dr. Natalia BRANAȘCO, Associate Professor, who provided details about the “Skills4future” project, highlighting its objectives and activities carried out during the first year of implementation.
Among the special guests, business representatives shared valuable experiences, offering useful advice and inspiration to the participants.
The event emphasized the importance of soft skills such as communication, collaboration, and critical thinking, which are essential for building a successful career. These skills, complementary to technical competencies, are crucial in today’s professional environment, and their continuous development can accelerate career progress.
The collaboration between universities and businesses plays a key role in educating future leaders, providing them with practical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt to current challenges through real-life business cases and projects.
The project aims to support the development and improvement of STEAM competencies, promoting sustainable and innovative education in higher education and local businesses.
