On 09/04/2024, the Center for STEAM Competences and Innovation within the Department of Economics and Management, FIEB, UTM organized the preventive defense of undergraduate theses. The event was dedicated to the analysis of the development process of bachelor’s theses and topics with sustainability impact, developed by the students of the Business and Administration bachelor’s program. The bachelor’s thesis represents the final element of student training in UTM. This is achieved by going through the documentation stage, which aims to select the information necessary for the elaboration of the bachelor’s thesis and also to obtain organizational and production skills in the field of specialization, the stage of elaborating a solution in concrete production conditions and the stage of verification and public support, through which the results of the conducted study are presented.
Students have demonstrated that they possess the necessary skills to conduct research and apply current research methods in the field of business and administration.
