P9.CCI – Exploitation Workshop – EW1

On September 27, 2025, the 1st Exploitation Workshop entitled “Higher Education as driver for entrepreneurship and innovation” was jointly organized by the Faculty of Real, Economic and Environmental Sciences of the State University ²Alecu Russo² of Balti and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, branch Balti.

The event provided an opportunity to showcase and further build on the project’s good practices and results, strengthening the link between education, research, innovation, and the private sector. Participants explored the objectives and achievements of the Skills4Future project, discussed the value of STEAM and soft skills in both academic and business environments, and learned from practical examples presented by local industry representatives. The event encouraged active dialogue among students, educators, and company partners, reinforcing collaboration aimed at developing sustainability-oriented and innovation-driven competencies.

The workshop was attended by:

  • 5 teaching staff from Alecu Russo Balti State University, Faculty of Real, Economic and Environmental Studies.
  • 10 bachelor’s degree students from the Business Administration and Accounting specialization of the Faculty of Real, Economic and Environmental Studies, Alecu Russo Balti State University.
  • 15 local practitioners representing business sectors such as ICS Magnesec; Components SRL; SRL Salamer -Com; SA Moldtelecom; SRL Mold Retail group; LC Waikiki; SRL Finplast Prim; SRL Azamet Group; SA Moldova Agroind Bank; etc.
  • 2 local key stakeholders – representatives of “Curtea de Apel”, Bălți; IMSP CMF Balti.
  • 1 expert from Associated Partner – Director AO “CONSENS”.
