On 10 October 2025, the 2nd Exploitation Workshop entitled “Complex skills for future Business 4.0” was hosted by the STEAM Center within the Faculty of Economics, Engineering and Applied Sciences, State University Bogdan Petriceicu Hașdeu of Cahul.
The workshop aimed to promote the uptake of good practices and project results, supporting the development of complex skills essential for the future of work in the context of Business 4.0. By highlighting innovative approaches and practical examples, the event helped participants better understand emerging competency needs and the value of integrating them into education and training.
Bringing together representatives from academia, industry, and the private sector, the workshop created a dynamic setting for exchanging ideas, identifying effective practices, and exploring opportunities for future collaboration. The interaction among stakeholders strengthened connections across sectors and encouraged continued cooperation to support STEAM skills development aligned with modern labour market demands.
The workshop was attended by:
- 6 teachers from the Department of Economic Sciences, the State University Bogdan Petriceicu Hașdeu of Cahul.
- 10 bachelor’s degree students from different specializations such as “Business and Administration”, “Accounting”, USCH.
- 5 practitioners from different operating sectors such as agriculture, tourism and leisure, honey farm.
