During September 24-25, 2025, the 2nd Exploitation Workshop entitled “Complex Skills for Future Business 4.0” was hosted by the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, Department of Management and Entrepreneurship. Participants reviewed the progress and achievements of the Skills4Future project and formulated recommendations to enhance outcomes for both students and faculty. For students, the key suggestions emphasised the development of digital and technological competencies, increased application of knowledge through project-based work and internships, and the strengthening of soft skills relevant to future employment. For faculty members, the recommendations highlighted the need to embed interdisciplinary learning, adopt innovative and learner-centred teaching methods, and actively promote continuous professional development.
The team also took part in a working visit to the local wine producer Château Cojușna, where they explored regional winemaking technologies and the company’s approach to preserving local cultural heritage. The visit provided insights into how traditional production practices are integrated into modern technological processes, offering valuable examples for contextualising STEAM-related learning within real industry environments.
The workshop was attended by:
- 17 professors of the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, Chisinau and from the project consortium.
- 65 students, 2nd year students from bachelor programs in Business & Administration of P6. ASEM, and from Human Resource Management specialization of ASEM.
- 15 local practitioners representing business sectors such as SIMCERT SRL, Self Evolution SRL, MACIP, GLIA Impact Hub, Conformitate TV SRL, Decada Grup SRL, etc.
- 1 key stakeholder – representatives from the Ministry of Education & Research of the RM.
