On April 14, 2025, the 1st Exploitation Workshop entitled “New Sustainable Governance and Management Systems” was hosted by the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, Department of Management and Entrepreneurship. The event aimed to promote sustainable thinking, ethical governance and the responsible involvement of the business environment in community development.
The discussion session addressed topics related to developing STEAM skills and how local businesses are implementing sustainability principles: from protecting the environment and increasing energy efficiency, to digitising internal processes and taking an active role in supporting local communities. Their presentations provided participants with a clear understanding of current industry challenges and the innovative solutions needed to improve quality in various economic sectors.
The workshop was attended by:
- 13 professors of the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, Chisinau.
- 13 students, 2nd year students from bachelor programs in Business & Administration of P6. ASEM, and from other universities.
- 14 local practitioners representing business sectors such as TOP CONSULTING, BRUTĂRIA BARDAR SRL, RUNPAY MOLDOVA SRL, MICROCREDIT SRL, DA VINCI SRL, OTP BANK, etc.
- 3 key stakeholders – representatives from Tourism Information and Promotion Centre of the RM, Centre for Centralized Public Procurement in Health in the RM, National Bureau of Statistics of the RM.
