P4.USARB_Exploitation Workshop – EW3

On November 25, 2025, the 3rd Exploitation Workshop entitled”New governance and management systems for sustainable HE institutions”was organized by the Faculty of Real, Economic and Environmental Sciences of the State University ²Alecu Russo² of Balti.

The workshop began with a session introducing the Skills4Future project, highlighting its objectives and the role of soft skills in modern business environments. Guest speakers from Elektromanufacturing, Robospace, and CCF Moldova shared practical insights from their professional experience, demonstrating how communication, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving contribute to workplace performance and employability.. Experts from ASHOKA NGO and Dulce Plai SRL emphasized the growing need for innovative thinking, digital literacy, and environmentally responsible practices across various sectors, illustrating how multidisciplinary skills can drive business innovation and sustainable growth.

The workshop outlined directions for the further dissemination and exploitation of project results, ensuring that the lessons learned and best practices could be applied in educational, business, and research contexts.

The workshop was attended by:

  • 5 teaching staff from Alecu Russo Balti State University, Faculty of Real, Economic and Environmental Studies.
  • 9 bachelor’s degree students from the Business Administration and Accounting specialization of the Faculty of Real, Economic and Environmental Studies, Alecu Russo Balti State University.
  • 7 local practitioners representing business sectors such as I.C.S. Cables and Wires; ONG Alteliere fara Frontiere; ONG Ashoka; ONG Faclia”; ONG “Center for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities”; SA “Elecktromanufacturing”; SRL “Trabo-Plus”.
