On December 11, 2024, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova, in partnership with Alecu Russo Balti State University, organized the Multiplier Event 1 as part of the Skills4Future project. The event focused on developing STEAM skills for economic, environmental, and social responsibilities to address local business challenges.
Key activities included: Opening speeches by institutional and project coordinators highlighting the importance of STEAM skills in sustainable development; Presentations on the role of STEAM competencies in addressing business and sustainability challenges, delivered by academic and business experts; Interactive discussions with local entrepreneurs, educators, and students to explore practical applications of STEAM skills in various industries; Networking opportunities, including a coffee break and lunch, fostering collaboration between academia and business representatives; Conclusions and recommendations for future activities under the Skills4Future project.
The event successfully bridged education and industry, promoting curriculum innovation and sustainable practices.
