Multiplier Conference – ME1 P7.TUM

On October 17, 2024, the 1st Multiplier Conference entitled “STEAM skills for ECONOMIC growth” was hosted by Technical University of Moldova, Chișinău. The event aimed to identify key educational needs in agribusiness to support sustainable sector growth. Entrepreneurs outlined essential business skills and knowledge for training programs, while participants shared innovative teaching methods for lifelong learning. Discussions also highlighted successful approaches to aligning curricula with local development priorities.

The gathering facilitated an exchange of best practices for building STEAM competencies in higher education. Participants explored insights from STEAM-integrated internships at partner universities and strategies to connect academic programs with real-world industry challenges, strengthening the bridge between education and agribusiness innovation.

The multiplier event was attended by:

  • 10  professors of the Faculty of Economic Engineering and Business, Technical University of Moldova.
  • 15 bachelor’s degree students 3rd year from the Business and  Administration and Finance and Banking  study programs of the Technical University of Moldova
  • 18 local practitioners representing business sectors such as Cricova SA, GT Beiu Filop, SRL Elit Tehnica, etc.
