On May 17, 2024, the Business Incubator of Cahul (ICAH) together with Cahul State University “Bogdan Petriceicu Hașdeu” (USCH) organized and hosted the Lessons Learnt Workshop for the implementation of Skills4future project.
During the workshop, the project partners, students and teachers analyzed the activities and extracted recommendations for improvement for the undergraduate programs in Business & Administration and the development of skills for students and teachers. During the working session, discussions aimed at improving aspects such as:
- STEAM educational components should highlight the economic aspects of sustainability, such as resource management, economic growth and sustainable business practices.
- More comprehensive coverage of environmental topics such as climate change, biodiversity, renewable energy and conservation is needed.
- Case studies and examples from various cultural contexts should be used to illustrate the socio-cultural impact of sustainability initiatives.
The event was attended by:
- 6 teachers from Faculty of Economics, Engineering and Applied Sciences, Faculty of Humanities and Pedagogical Sciences from USCH
- 15 students from the specialty Business and Administration and specialty ²Engineering and Management of Food Industries², ²Engineering and Management of Machine Construction (Automotive)²
- 6 Residents of the business incubator
