On March 27, 2025, the fourth follow-up session was organized by the Faculty of Economics, Engineering and Applied Sciences of the “Bogdan Petriceicu Hașdeu” State University together with the Business Incubator of Cahul with the aim of analyzing the activities and identifying improvements and recommendations for the programs degree in Business and Administration and the development of STEAM skills for students and teachers.
The follow-up session was attended by:
- 6 teaching staff from the Faculty of Economics, the “Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu” State University (USCH)
- 15 students from the undergraduate program ²Business and Business Administration², ²Informatics and Accounting, from USCH.
- 2 practitioners from the OTP Bank – Regional Manager for the Southern Region of the Republic of Moldova, and Cahul City Hall
During the working session, discussions aimed at improving aspects such as:
- Embedding contextualized learning materials based on regional economic and social realities, such as the banking sector or public administration projects, enhances the relevance and applicability of learning.
- The increased use of active learning strategies, including case studies, problem-solving tasks, and project-based learning, significantly boosts student engagement.
- Clearer guidance, well-defined expectations, and more frequent feedback from tutors during research activities greatly support student progress and learning outcomes.
