On March 23, 2025, the fourth follow-up session was held at the Technical University of Moldova, Chisinau with the aim of analyzing the activities and identifying improvements and recommendations for the undergraduate programs in Business and Administration and the development of STEAM skills for students and teachers.
The follow-up session was attended by:
- 6 teachers from the Department of Economy and Management Technical University of Moldova (TUM)
- 21 students from the undergraduate program of Business and Business Administration, TUM.
- 5 practitioners, representatives of the local business environment such as Autogrup Expres SRL, MAIB, etc.
During the working session, discussions aimed at improving aspects such as:
- The development of a structured and proactive mentoring system provides consistent and valuable guidance during practical activities.
- Interactive, up-to-date resources connected to real-world challenges greatly enhance STEAM skill development.
- Strong alignment between taught content and the skill demands of local industries and societal challenges enriches the relevance and impact of education.
