On May 14, 2025, the fourth follow-up session organized by the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship of the Academy of Economic Studies from Moldova, Chisinau took place with the aim of analysing the activities and identifying improvements and recommendations for the undergraduate programs in Business and Administration and development of STEAM skills for students and teachers.
The follow-up session was attended by:
- 5 teaching staff from the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship within ASEM
- 42 students from the undergraduate program of Business and Business Administration, ASEM.
- 5 practitioners, representatives of Balcanica SRL, Nagoltrans SRL, Fitnesss-Com SRL, etc.
During the working session, important aspects were discussed and analyzed regarding the improvement of internships intended for students and the identification of the essential skills that must be developed in order to provide them with a meaningful formative STEAM experience, as well as discussions aimed at improving aspects such as:
- Students suggested that the selection of internship partners could take into consideration their interest and ability to support the training of future professionals, while aligning with labor market needs and the principles of sustainable development.
- Training future specialists requires strong, ongoing collaboration between universities and industry, developed through joint projects, professional exchanges, study visits, and applied activities.
- Documentation visits and teacher training courses carried out by participants from Moldova in EU countries have facilitated the transfer of successful educational practices and contributed to the modernization of academic courses at an advanced level.
