On June 10, 2025, the fourth Follow-up session organized by the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the State University of Moldova, Chisinau took place with the aim of analyzing the activities and identifying improvements and recommendations for the undergraduate programs in Business and Administration and developing STEAM skills for students and teachers.
The follow-up session was attended by:
- 7 teachers from the Department of Business Administration, USM.
- 18 students of the II and III years of the Business and Administration speciality, Faculty of Economic Sciences, USM
- 8 representatives from local business sectors such as “CSD LAB” SRL, SA “Ungheni-Vin”, “Fitness One” SRL, “Parașciuc Ecaterina” SRL, S.C. “Zurzulea-Com” SRL., “Arvi Invest Trading” SRL, “International Bible Mission” Foundation, The ONG “Norwegian Refugee Council”.
During the working session, activities were carried out aimed at discussing aspects such as:
- Experiential learning methods successfully promoted analytical and entrepreneurial thinking.
Business simulations, such as the Business Model Canvas, effectively supported strategic decision-making and deepened understanding of market dynamics. - Interactive simulations, and data visualization tools strongly enhanced analytical thinking and technological literacy.
The curriculum demonstrated a balanced focus on technical competencies and transversal skills, including critical thinking, digital literacy, and sustainability awareness. - The integration of lectures, case studies, projects, and simulations ensured active, engaging, and practice-oriented learning experiences.
