First Information Session of the SKILLS4FUTURE Project

On March 6, 2024 the first information session took place at the STEAM Skills Development Center .

Project partners, students, and faculty members were briefed on the progress of the Skills4future project and the future plans for curriculum modernization, enhancement of STEAM skills, student involvement in business plan competitions, and participation in conferences. A significant part of the event was dedicated to business games, an innovative methodology that plays a crucial role in developing students’ practical skills. Under the guidance of trainer Liliana Gheorghita, accredited by SPARKASSEN STIFTUNG, students initiated agricultural enterprises, established new businesses, integrated 4.0 technologies in the agricultural sector, and applied STEAM skills to solve concrete problems. These business games are essential because they provide students the opportunity to experience real-world business risks and decisions in a controlled environment, thus contributing to a deep and practical understanding of the subject matter.

SPARKASSEN STIFTUNG is recognized for its dedication to supporting financial education and entrepreneurial development globally. Through collaboration with such prestigious entities, the Skills4future project aims not only to modernize higher education but also to train future entrepreneurs and business leaders well-prepared for the challenges of the dynamic economic sector. The event concluded with the awarding of participation certificates, marking the recognition of the participants’ efforts and commitment to this valuable educational process.
