Exploitation workshop organized at USCH, within the project Skills4future – Complex skills for the future of Business 4.0

On October 10, 2025, the STEAM Center within the Faculty of Economics, Engineering and Applied Sciences hosted the Exploitation Workshop on Complex Competences for the Future of Business 4.0, an event dedicated to promoting and capitalizing on the project results by connecting education, research and innovation with the business environment. The event was organized within the framework of the implementation of the ERASMUS-EDU-CBHE project entitled “Developing and improving STEAM competences of students and teachers for curricular innovation and sustainable development of higher education institutions and local businesses”.

            The aim of the workshop was to facilitate the exploitation of good practices and project results, thus contributing to the development of complex skills, essential for the future of work in the context of Business 4.0.

            The workshop brought together representatives from academia, industry and the private sector, creating a dynamic framework for the exchange of ideas, the identification of good practices and the initiation of potential future collaborations.

            Special guests:

• Moisa Olga, co-founder of GȚ Honey Farm;

• Căpraru Ana, administrator of ÎI Căpraru Nicolae, La Cotihana recreation area;

• Stăvilă Rima, director of GAL Colinele Tigheciului.

            The event ended with a networking session and interactive discussions, which offered participants the opportunity to explore possible partnerships and collaboration ideas in the field of STEAM education and sustainable local development.
