On 10 November 2025, the 3rd Exploitation Workshop entitled “New governance and management systems for sustainable HEIs” was hosted by the STEAM Center within the Faculty of Economics, Engineering and Applied Sciences, State University Bogdan Petriceicu Hașdeu of Cahul.
The workshop focused on the exchange of knowledge and good practices on sustainable governance and management, the integration of STEAM principles into university management, and the strengthening of university–business cooperation. It brought together representatives from academia, the private sector, and local authorities for interactive dialogue and idea sharing.
As a special guest, the founder and director of Nico Art SRL presented practical examples of sustainable governance, including his experience managing Aurul Naturii SRL and coordinating an Agricultural HUB. The workshop highlighted the university’s role in regional sustainable development by linking academic approaches with real-world business practices and addressing the challenges of Business 4.0.
The workshop was attended by:
- 4 teachers from the Department of Economic Sciences, the State University Bogdan Petriceicu Hașdeu of Cahul.
- 19 bachelor’s degree students from different specializations such as “Business and Administration”, “Accounting”, USCH.
- 4 practitioners from different operating sectors: “NicuArt“ SRL; “Aurul Naturii“ SRL; “Boris & Co“ SRL; “Tartaul“ City Hall, etc.
