Exploitation Workshop – EW3_P5.USM

On November 17, 2025, the 3rd Exploitation Workshop “New Governance and management systems for sustainable HEIs”  was hosted by the “STEAM Skills and Innovation Center”, Faculty of Economic Science from the  Moldova State University, Chișinău. 

The workshop aimed to promote the continued exploitation of good practices and results achieved within the Skills4Future project by reinforcing the connection between higher education, research, innovation, and the private sector.

The event highlighted the impact of digitalisation on strategic decision-making and presented educational models for training entrepreneurs and teams in modern technologies, including CRM, ERP, AI, and digital marketing.

Students, academic staff, and business representatives engaged in discussions on youth employability and the integration of STEAM competences into university curricula. Companies and organisations from sectors such as services, logistics, ICT, research, and entrepreneurship shared labour-market needs, internship opportunities, and practical ways to strengthen university–business cooperation

The workshop was attended by:

  • 11  professors of the Department of “Business Administration”,  Faculty of Economic Sciences; Faculty of Physics and Engineering, of the P5.USM; Institute of Chemistry of the Moldova State University, and Columbia University, USA;
  • 28  students of 1st, 2nd and 3rd years bachelor’s degree students from bachelor programs in Business & Administration,  Faculty of Economic Sciences, Moldova State University.
  • 9  local practitioners representing business sectors such as “ASEN PROGRES Group” SRL, Wine-Growing Association of the Delimited Geographical Region “CODRU”, EM “Logistics Service” SRL, “Proxidei” SRL, “Medconsulting Service” SRL, National Technology Transfer Network (RNTT), “Ultra Limit” SRL, “Galac-Web” SRL, “EDU Partner” NGO, National Agency for Research and Development (NARD), “Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Moldova” (AFAM).
  • 1 key stakeholder (National Research and Development Agency (ANCD).
  • 1 representative of the Associated Partner NGO “National Technology Transfer Network” (RNTT).
