On October 20, 2025, the 2nd Exploitation Workshop “Complex skills for future Business 4.0” was hosted by the “STEAM Skills and Innovation Center”, Faculty of Economic Science from the Moldova State University, Chișinău.
The workshop aimed to support the further exploitation of good practices and results achieved within the Skills4Future project by strengthening cooperation between education, research, innovation, and the private sector.
The event featured a guest presentation by the entrepreneur and owner of “Galac Web” SRL, who shared insights from the IT sector on the skills required for Business 4.0 and the evolving demands of the labour market.
Project results and good practices were presented, highlighting their impact on entrepreneurial education and the development of STEAM skills. Through interactive discussions, students, teachers, and business representatives explored challenges related to youth employability, internship opportunities, and the integration of STEAM competences into academic curricula.
The workshop was attended by:
- 10 professors of the Department of “Business Administration”, Moldova State University.
- 9 bachelor’s degree students from bachelor programs in Business & Administration, Faculty of Economic Sciences, Moldova State University.
- 13 local practitioners representing business sectors such as “Galac Web” SRL, Insurance Agency “Tehnoasist” SRL, SC “Stici” SRL, EM “Logistics Service” SRL, “Five Luxe” SRL, “Medocrem” SRL, “M-Testing” SRL, Banca Comercială “MAIB” SA, “Corporate KKK Sale” SRL, “Sebo Credit” SRL, OCM “Microinvest” SRL, “Medconsulting Service” SRL, “Elevate Consulting” SRL
- 2 key stakeholders (National Research and Development Agency (ANCD), “Moldovan Quality Assurance Agency” (ANACEC).
