Between March 15 and April 18, 2024, the activities of the “Digital & Green” week organized by the State University “Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu” from Cahul (USCH) took place. The activities contributed to increasing interest in choosing a career and professional training in the field of interest and contributed to increasing corporate involvement in the training of specialists and strengthening the professional skills of the participants.
The guests spoke about the essential skills needed to thrive in the age of digital transformation. From mastering data analysis and artificial intelligence to improving communication and collaboration skills, as well as cultivating an entrepreneurial culture that can support the development of the local community in Cahul.
The participants in the activities of the “Digital & Green” week:
- 7 teachers from USCH with experience in finance and accounting;
- 50 students from bachelor’s degree programs in Business & Administration, Engineering and Management in Food Industry, Machine Construction, Informatics, Finance and Accounting, from USCH
- 8 invited speakers from local business sector such as Inotek Center; Amdaris Group Limited; Tekwill Academy; Fortal MD; Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Cahul branch; Territorial Subdivision for Employment; Vibe Academy SRL (social enterprise), Cahul
