During November 28-29, 2024, the STEAM Center within the Faculty of Economics, Engineering and Applied Sciences hosted the Training Session for students with the title “Modern Strategies to Ensure the Sustainable Life Cycle of Business Models 4.0”. This event was organized within the framework of the ERASMUS-EDU-CBHE project “Developing and improving STEAM competences of students and teachers for curricular innovation and sustainable development of higher education institutions and local businesses”.
According to the agenda, the European partners shared their experience regarding: “Sustainable business planning models” Lecturer. Dr. Beatrice LEUSTEAN, Politehnica University of Bucharest, Romania; “Organizational culture aspects for sustainable business”” Prof. Dr. Grigore Ioan PIROSCA, Academy of Economic Studies, Romania; “Industry 4.0: additive manufacturing technology(3D printing)” Dr. Dmytro LEVCHENKO, Technical University of Lodz, Poland.
The partners from the Republic of Moldova presented the structure of a business plan and its component elements according to the Lean Canvas model: “How to address challenges and solutions for business models 4.0?” Assoc. Prof. Dr. Angela SOLCAN, ASEM; “How to define the human resources strategy and the key social and environmental benefits of the new business idea?” Assoc. Prof. Dr. Marian JALENCU, USM; “Defining marketing and sales strategies for Sustainable Business 4.0 models” Assoc. Prof. Dr. Irina TODOS, USC; “Defining risks and the related risk management plan for Sustainable Business 4.0 models” Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aurelia LITVIN, UTM.
A valuable contribution to this session was made by the associated partners who spoke about “Local Challenges to be Addressed by Sustainable Business 4.0 – Social and Environmental Issues” Ms. Tatiana IATISIN, ASEM(INCE) and Mr. Artur Nebunu, President of ICAH.
This seminar offered students a valuable opportunity to learn from the experiences of experts in the field and to develop the skills necessary for a career in innovative and sustainable business.
