On October 1, 2025, the Bălţi branch of the CCI of the Republic of Moldova in partnership with the State University “Alecu Russo” from Bălți (USARB), within the Skills4future project, organised the second Lessons Learnt session, which aimed to analyze the activities and extract recommendations from improvement for bachelor programs in B&A within the implementation of the international project ERASMUS+, skills4future.
During the working session, discussions focused on strengthening the link between education and industry needs.
Participants emphasised the importance of updating university curricula to include modules on production efficiency, innovation management, and digitalisation tailored to the realities of the local industrial environment.
They also encouraged closer collaboration between academia and industry, suggesting the development of short-term applied courses and student projects co-supervised by company experts, to ensure a stronger practical alignment with labour market requirements.
The follow-up session was attended by:
- 5 teachers from the Department of Economic Sciences, USARB;
- 25 students from the undergraduate program ²Business and Business Administration², and ²Accounting, Finance and Banking² from USARB.
- 5 practitioners from SRL Molltex Group.
